Pool Fob Distribution
The technology committee will be distributing pool fobs on 4/23, so if you have questions or your household has not yet received their fob, please come out and talk with James.
If you can’t make it out this time, we will set up more times as we get closer to the pool season. You can also submit a fob request in the members area of this site or email us at with questions:

Annual Meeting 2024
The Annual Meeting of Cedarfield Plantation (C1) Homeowners Associations, Inc., has been set for Wednesday, January 17th starting at 6:00 pm to 7:30pm at The Box at Lake Forest Church, across Gilead Rd at Lake Forest Church. Registration will begin at 5:30pm.
If you cannot attend in person, it is important that you return this proxy form. You may assign the proxy to another homeowner who will be in attendance or assign it to the board of directors to vote on your behalf. A quorum of ten percent, or more than 46 home representatives, is required to conduct business at the annual meeting, including elections, so here are three options if you cannot attend the annual meeting in person:
1) Please fill out this proxy form, and have a neighbor bring it to the meeting.
2) Or, fill out this proxy form, take a picture of it, and email it to ballots@communityassociationmanagement.com, by Sunday, January 14th, per the instructions on the form.
3) Or, if you ARE attending, ask three neighbors if you can take their completed proxy forms with you to the meeting.
If you are applying for the Board of Director spot, please use this Google form by Sunday, January 14th. Or, you can just nominate yourself at the meeting.
If you cannot attend in person, the meeting will also be online at the usual link.

Pool Fob Issuing
One of our Tech Committee members will be available to hand out Pool Fobs at the C1 pool between 2pm and 4pm on Sunday 6/11/23. Annual Meeting
Dear Cedarfield Plantation Community,
The Annual Meeting of Cedarfield Plantation Homeowners Associations, Inc. has been set for Wednesday, January 18th at 5:30 pm to 7:30pm at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library (North County Regional) – 16500 Holly Crest Lane Huntersville, North Carolina 28078 in the Community Room AB. Registration will begin at 5:00 pm.
Below you will find a Board Nomination Application, and a Proxy Form which will allow someone to vote for you in the event you are unable to attend these proceedings. If you are unable to attend, please fill out the enclosed proxy and have a neighbor bring it to the meeting. If you are applying for the Board of Directors please send your application to Cedar Management Group at the information listed above or via our online form found here: https://forms.gle/JvAZCS8yopj5sRVX8 , no less than three (3) business days before the scheduled meeting date.
A quorum of ten percent (10%) is required to conduct business at the annual meeting. It is extremely important that you return the enclosed proxy to us if you cannot attend the meeting.
