Online Payments

To make your payments online, please login to your homeowner account. (if you have not logged on before, please click on the register button and follow the instructions to obtain a username and password). Once you have registered online, please select the "Pay Assessments" button.

2024 Dues Invoices

Our HOA mgmt firm mailed invoices for C1's 2024 dues of $572. The dues are technically due Jan 1st, but this year the grace period will be four months, until April 30th. Homeowners may pay in fulll, pay half the amount twice, or make four equal monthly payments. The important thing is to pay the balance of $572 by approximately April 19th to ensure all payments post by April 30th. Accounts with unpaid balances on May 1st may incur fees, and may not be able to access the pool until balance is paid in full.

Payment Method Fees

The least expensive method to pay dues is mailing payment by check. You may have this option via your bank at little or no charge to you. The payment portal offers e-check and credit card options, but there are non-refundable third-party processing fees. The board's recommendation is payment by check to the address shown below.
